The response has been filed by the respondent No.3 and she is present in person. It is submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been decided on 06.05.2017 and the delay occurred because of certain documents were called from Madhya Pradesh. It is further submitted that due to bonafide mistake the delay has caused and there was no deliberate intention to cause delay in deciding the representation.

Considering the same, it appears that the representation has been decided and is dismissed. Consequently, it appears that the petitioner may have to face another bout of litigation. 3.

In view of the submission made, the apology extended is accepted for the delay caused. The contemnor is discharged. 4.
