Thomas Toppo & Another}, this appeal stands disposed off with the observation that the decision which has been rendered in the said case will also cover case of the Appellant herein and he will also have an opportunity to render assistance before the learned Single Judge, if required or necessitated if the same is felt by the Appellant.
