This is second bail application of the applicants. The first bail application was rejected on merits by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No.9804/2018.

Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants seek permission of this Court to withdraw the second bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of some other witnesses.

Permission is granted as prayed for.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
