(2) This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.115/2015 registered at Police Station Ramanujganj, District Balrampur for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) & 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that some of the material prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court, the bail application is disposed off with

a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
