The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.52/2020 registered at Police Station - Chakradhar Nagar, Raigarh, District - Raigarh (C.G.) for alleged commission of offences under Section 302 of IPC. 2.

This 3rd bail application has been repeated mainly on the ground of delay in trial. He would submit that though the applicant is being tried under Section 302 IPC, he is entitled to expeditious trial and only on that ground, he has come before this Court to seek bail. 3.

On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that though there is delay, delay in trial are extra ordinary in nature. The applicant is being tried for heinous offence and therefore, if the applicant is granted bail, trial may be hampered. 4.

Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties, without commenting on merits, this application is rejected with a direction that the Trial Court shall conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within four months. Sd/- ( Manindra Mohan Shrivastava ) Judge Deepti
