The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.134/2019 registered in Police Station Lailunga, District Raigarh for offence under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the IPC; Section 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3 (1)(w) (i) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act').

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move duly constituted Appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Act.

3. Prayer allowed.
