1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the decision rendered by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Kapse v. State of Chhattisgarh and others (W.P. No.62/2000) decided on 29-4-2013.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner submits representation along with a copy of the order of this Court in Sanjay Kumar Kapse (supra), the respondents will consider the same in accordance with law.
3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make a representation to the respondents along with a copy of the order delivered by this Court in Sanjay Kumar Kapse (supra) and the respondents are directed to consider the same strictly in accordance with law keeping in view the decision rendered by this Court in Sanjay Kumar Kapse (supra), within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
