1. Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that order dated 9.7.2004 is not being complied with by the respondent-Board.

2. Be that as it may, respondent-Board is directed to comply with the order dated 9.7.2004 passed by the Chhattisgarh State Electricity Board and take a decision accordingly within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and pay the benefits to the petitioner as per order dated 9.7.2004.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
