The petitioner's grievance is that the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee has kept the enquiry pending since long without any final decision and till date, no final order has been passed which is causing serious embarrassment and injury to the petitioner in seeking benefits to which the petitioner is entitled as per her claim. 2.

It is found that show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on

31.12.2013 and the petitioner thereafter, submitted her reply also on 28.01.2014. More than two years have elapsed. Therefore, it is proper case where a direction should be issued to the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee to expedite the matter and decide as early as possible. 3.

For the present, the petition is disposed off with a direction to decide the case of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
