1. Heard on Application for amendment.

2. On due consideration, the same is allowed. Necessary amendment may be carried out during the course of the day.

3. The grievance of the petitioners are that the petitioners were appointed as Drivers on contractual basis in the year 2003 by the the Municipal Corporation the setup was declared in the year 2006, wherein two posts of Driver were published/ sanctioned. The only contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner application for regularization may be considered against those post.

4. Considering the fact & circumstances, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation to the concern respondent within a period of 3 weeks from today. On account of the same being filed, it shall be decided by the respondents within a further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
