1. Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 23.06.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the distance between two place of posting of the petitioner and also considering the fact that it is within the same forest division, this Court is of the view that there would be hardly any scope of interference for this Court to make at this juncture.

3. If at all, if the petitioner in any manner is not satisfied with the order of transfer or the place of positing, the only recourse available to the petitioner would be to prefer a representation to the respondent-

-2Higher authorities in the department for ventilating his grievance who may consider the representation of the petitioner on its own merits at the earliest.
