1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested on 06.07.2020 in connection with Crime No.27/2020, registered at Police Station Darbha Jagdalpur District Bastar (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) (ii)(c) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. First bail application was rejected on 28.09.2020.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicants at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application.

Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
