Agrawal Order On Board 31/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Age Determination Committee while deciding the age of the petitioner did not follow circular dated 07.08.1992 issued by the South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Bilaspur and, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to make application/representation before the South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Bilaspur for reconsideration of his date of birth.

(2) On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would support the impugned order and oppose the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and

perused the impugned order with utmost circumspection. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh application/representation before the South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Bilaspur for reconsideration of his date of birth as per circular dated 07.08.1992, in that event the South Eastern Coalfields Limited shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously from the date of receipt of application/representation.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
