1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that notice has been issued and served to the petitioner on 18.12.2005 by which a direction has been given to deposit the amount within 15 days. He would further submit that the Collector has made an enquiry on 15.9.2005 and informed to the Principal Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh that respondent No.5 is responsible for the amount in dispute, therefore, the matter be referred to the State Government for taking final decision in the matter within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
2. Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to take into consideration the submission of the petitioner and to pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from
the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
