Hon'ble Shri Justice Inder Singh Uboweja Order On Board 12/08/2015 Pursuant to order dated 18.06.2015 passed by this Court whereby non-bailable warrant of arrest has been ordered to be issued against the appellant for serving him remaining sentence, a report has been received from Station House Officer, Police Station Urga, Dist. Korba, stating there in that the appellant has expired on 18.01.2007. Death certificate is also annexed therewith.

In view of above, the appeal stands abated on account of death of the sole appellant and it is dismissed accordingly.
