1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled for Krammonati as per circular dated 03.10.2008 and 11.01.2010 after completion of 24 years of service. He submits that the issue involved in the present petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in the matter of R.S. Verma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others (WPS No.2805 of 2002, decided vide order dated 29.08.2006). He further submits that the petitioners may be granted liberty to make representation to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of State of Tripura and others Vs. K.K. Roy (2004 AIR SCW 1) and the order passed in R.S. Verma (supra), to which, learned counsel for the respondent/State has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the liberty sought for by the petitioners are granted to make a representation before the concerned authority. It is expected from the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible in an objective manner preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to verification of complete details.

4. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
