1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceeding initiated by the petitioner for settlement of dues is pending before respondent No.1 since 27-2-2018.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for settlement of dues and to regulate the connection of electricity within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the parties.
