When this matter has come up for consideration, today, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicant-NTPC points out that the application seeking review is confined to the direction contained in the order sought to be reviewed inasmuch as there is an observation that the status quo will be maintained.

However, in the light of any change in events, it will be open to the Applicant-NTPC to move the learned Single Judge for disposing of the writ petition otherwise than on merits.
