1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 10.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 8128/2018. Vide the said order this Court had directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization.

2. The respondents on notice have entered appearance and filed an order passed on 26.06.2019 intimating that the claim of the petitioner was duly consider and it has been found that he does not fulfill the

eligibility criteria as is required under the circular dated 05.03.2008 and have therefore rejected the same.

3. Given the facts that the respondents have now taken a decision on 27.06.2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner, this Court finds that the order passed by this Court stands complied with. If at all, if the petitioner is not satisfied with the said finding, the course left for the petitioner is to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding altogether and which cannot be tested under the contempt jurisdiction by this Court. The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed off. Counsel for the respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order passed by respondent to the counsel for the petitioner.
