Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the annuity which is payable to the petitioner on acquisition of his land is not been paid to him since 2013.

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that petitioner's case regarding payment of annuity will be reconsider and decision will be taken expeditiously. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent authority is directed to re-consider and decide the petitioner's case for payment of annuity expeditiously preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
