1. The contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 14.12.2018 passed in WPS No. 8328 of 2018. The direction given by this Court to the respondents was to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization.

2. Shri Majid Ali, appearing for the respondents submits that the department as on due consideration the claim of the petitioner found ineligible for regularization and the order has been passed on 06.07.2019, given the said (Annexure R-1) with the reply of the respondents.

3. Given the fact that respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner and the order passed by this Court stands duly complied with.

4. The counsel for the petitioner, if at all, if aggrieved of the same would have the liberty to challenge by way of a fresh proceedings.
