Agrawal Order On Board 26/07/2018 (1) The petitioner in person is seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.1348 of 2004 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 25.10.2017. (2) On due consideration of the submission of petitioner in person and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that his absence on 25.10.2017 when Writ Petition No. 1348 of 2004 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds. (3) M.C.C. No. 401/2018, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition No.1348 of 2004 is restored to its original number.
