1. Since the issue and grounds raised in both these writ petitions being common, therefore, both these writ petitions are being disposed off by this common order.
2. The claim of the petitioners in the instant writ petitions is that the petitioners are working with the respondents for more than two decades now and respondents till date have not considered the claim of the petitioners for regularization.
3. The contention of the petitioners is that, let petitioners be permitted to make representation in this regard to respondent No. 1 & 2 and respondent No. 1 & 2 in turn may decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with the circular of the State Government dated 05.03.2008 and all subsequent circulars issued by the State Government.
4. The limited prayer which the petitioner has made is not opposed by the State counsel.
5. Accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed off with a direction that petitioners shall make a detailed representation supported with all relevant records, circulars and notifications of the State Government within a period of three weeks from today and respondent No. 2 & 3 in turn may decide the representations of the petitioners within a further period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of representations which shall be filed by the petitioners.
