Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant Order On Board 22/07/2020 1.

PUD has been received from the Court of Additional District Judge (FTC), Bilaspur praying for extension of time granted for conclusion of trial in Sessions Trial No.12/2019.

This Court while disposing Cr.R. No.1486/2019 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a time framed. The extension of time was earlier sought in Cr.M.P. No.557/2020, which has been decided on 03.03.2020 and further time of one month has been granted. 3.

In the present PUD there is mention of the present situation of the suspension of normal functioning of the Court, therefore, I feel inclined

to allow the prayer made in the PUD and the time is extended accordingly as prayed for, making it specific that trial may be concluded preferably within a period of one month from the date the normal functioning of the Courts are started. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
