Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the action of the respondent in proceeding to suspend the petitioner is an act of willful disobedience of order dated 11.06.2015.

After going through the order, I find that no direction was given to any of the authorities. Therefore, no contempt is made out. The petitioner's remedy lies in taking appropriate

remedy in accordance with law.
