MCC No. 502 of 2019

2. By order under review passed in writ appeal we had only allowed the respondent to continue to work at his pretransfer posting at Kasdol till Code of Conduct for Parliamentary Election is operative.

3. Admittedly, the said Code of Conduct is already over, therefore, the prayer made for recalling the order has itself become infructuous or redundant.

4. The MCC is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the State to implement the order passed by this Court in writ appeal.
