Counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for settling the matter in terms of the recent policy of the respondent no.2 and also to approach the Court in case if need so arises. Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 does not oppose the same.

The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
