This is the petition filed under Order 13 Rule 9 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the Code of 1908 in short), by virtue of which, the applicant prays for return of documents marked as Annexure A/2 and other medical certificate, which were filed in M.A.No. 704/2004 while filing an application under Order 41 Rule 27 of the Code of 1908.

The said appeal has already been allowed and the matter has been remanded to the concerned Claims Tribunal by directing it to consider the said document (Annexure A/2) and also the other document, if so filed before it. 4.

In view of the said fact, the MCC is hereby allowed and the Registry is directed to return the said document (Annexure A/2) along with other medical certificates, which were submitted by the present applicant - Surendra Kumar Sahu in the said M.A.No.704/2004, after obtaining the photocopy of the same. 5.

Accordingly, the MCC is disposed of.
