1. Heard on I.A.No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application (MCC).
2. Upon due consideration, the application is allowed. Delay in filing restoration application (MCC) is condoned.
3. Taking into consideration the grounds raised in the application for restoration (MCC), I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for non-appearnce of the applicant/appellant when the case was called out for hearing.
4. According, order dated 30.7.2013 dismissing Arbitration Appeal No.37/2007 for want of prosecution is hereby recalled and the Arbitration Appeal is restored to its original number.
5. MCC is accordingly allowed.
