1. The only grievance of the petitioner seems to be the incorrect entry of Earned Leave in the service book of the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner he has been making repeated representations for correction of the Earned Leave that stands to his credit in his service book as there appears to be some discrepency and anomaly that has occurred, however no decision has been taken till now.
3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and after hearing the petitioner take appropriate steps, if required, for correction of Earned Leave that stands credited to the account of the petitioner in his service book. Let a decision in this regard be taken by the respondents No.2 to 4 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this
-2order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file a fresh representation supporting with all relevant documents and proof in respect of Earned Leave that stands in his credit enabling the respondents to reach to a proper conclusion.
