(2) This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.431/2014, registered at Police Station Kawardha, District Kabirdham, for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The first, second & third bail applications of the applicant were dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 09.02.2015, 01.05.2015 & 04.12.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.336/2015, M.Cr.C.No.2137/2015 & M.Cr.C. No.7016/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and

taking into consideration the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
