Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed an application for revocation of suspension order, which is pending consideration before the respondent No.4, therefore, direction be issued to decide the same.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.4 is directed to decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merit.
