1. In the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the road was constructed without acquisition of the land of the petitioner. The petitioner, thereafter, had visited the office many a times and submitted applications, however, the enquiry remained unreplied. Learned counsel submits that the respondents may be directed to adjudicate the fact as to how much land of the petitioner has been acquired as all the letters issued by the petitioner remained undecided.
2. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 3 submits that the petitioner may file representation and in the meanwhile, they will inspect the record and come out with the actual facts.
3. Under the facts of this case, it is directed that the petitioner may make a representation in detail to Respondent No. 3 raising all his grievances within a period of two weeks and if such a representation is made, the Municipal Corporation/ Respondent No. 3 shall be obliged to consider and decide the same within a further period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
