The limited relief that the petition has sought for in the present writ petition is that the respondents No.4&5 may be directed to take an appropriate decision on the findings of the enquiry committee Annexure P/5 which was constituted to examine the credentials of the petitioner as well as the respondent No.7 who had participated for appointment on the post of Rozgar Sahayak for Gram Panchayat Newari, Tahsil Khadgawan, District Koriya.

This limited relief that the petitioner has sought for is not opposed by the counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.4&5 to take an appropriate decision on the report

submitted by the Revenue Inspector dated 17.02.2019 (Annexure P/7) in respect of dispute pertaining to the selection of petitioner and the respondent No.7 as Rozgar Sahayak for Gram Panchayat Newari, Tehsil Khadgawan. It is expected that the respondents No.4&5 shall take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No.4&5 so far as order passed by this court is concerned. 5.
