1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.144/2020 registered in Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Bhilai District Durg for offence under Section 363, 366 and 376 (2)(M)of the IPC and Section 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

2. The applicant has abducted and performed sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix aged about 17 years after acquaintance with her for some time and promise to marry.

3. Having considered the material available in the case diary, no case for grant of bail is made out at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
