1. Challenge in this Petition is to the Order dated 29.09.2013 whereby the service of the Petitioner was transferred.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that an interim protection has been given by this Court vide Order dated 10.01.2014, on the basis of which the Petitioner still continues to discharge his duties at Dr. B.P. Mishra Government Higher Secondary School, Basantpur District - Rajnandgaon (C.G.).

3. Learned Counsel for the State at this juncture submits that he has instruction to submit that the State shall not insist to execute the

impugned order any further and as such the Petition may be disposed of. He further prays for liberty to the State Government to pass an appropriate order in case the need so arises.
