Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner purchased Nazul land under vide registered sale deed from erstwhile holder of lease. Thereafter, an application for mutation has been submitted before Nazul Officer on 30th of December, 2013. He submits that thereafter, when decision was not taken, representations were made to other authorities and even the State Government directed the Collector to consider the application vide its letter dated 30th of December, 2013 (Annexure P/3) but till date, no decision has been taken. 2.

Considering the submission, the respondent No.3 is directed to decide petitioner's application for mutation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
