With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the petition is heard finally.

The prayer in this petition is to grant the petitioners arrears of Vth pay commission from 01.01.1996 to 30.09.2016 and as stated that already the Vth pay commission has been awarded but not the arrears. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the Vth pay commission has been implemented but the arrears has not been given. It is submitted that the petitioners have made several representations, but no action has been taken. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is entitled for arrears, but it has been withheld by the respondent authorities.

Considering the issue, it is directed that, if the petitioners make a fresh representation before the respondent No.3 within further period of one month, the grievances of the petitioners will be decided within further period of three months by the respondent No.3.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed off. No order as to costs.
