1. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, upon instructions, submits that the tower has already dismantled, to which learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 further states that all expeditious steps are being taken to remove all the equipments, accessories and machineries connected and associated with the tower.

-22. In view of the statement so made before the Court, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending. Therefore, this petition is disposed off at this stage placing on record the statement made by learned counsel for respondent No.2. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive if grievance is not redressed.
