ORDER

The applicants have been convicted under Sections 294,323,325, and lli ii 427 of the IPC by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur and the same is modified by the 10thAdditional Sessions Judge (FTC) Bilaspur (C.G.) in Cr. Appeal No. 206/2003 vide judgment dated 28.12.2004, wherein the
^ applicants is sentenced to pay fine of Rs. 500/-, 300/- 1000/- and 200/- respectively with default stipulation for causing grievous hurt to Jasbeer Singh and simple hurt to Harjeet Singh causing annoyance to them by using obscene words and mischief by damaging some property of the shop. I2.
Harjeet Singh is the complainant and legal representative of Jasbeer Singh. The applicants and the complainant have filed an application for compounding the offence and the declaration made by complainant Harjeet Singh atthe bar.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. 4.
As all the offences are compoundable, therefore, with the permission of the Court, the offences are hereby compounded in view of Section 320(8) Cr.P.C.1973. The applicants are acquitted for commission of offence under Sections 294,323,325, and 427 of tHe IPC and conviction and sentence imposed upon the applicants by the trial Court is set aside. »!».

A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be sent to the court concerned along with its record, if any, and a copy of the order passed today, forthwith.
