(2) By the impugned order dated 10.01.2017, the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur has partly allowed the interim maintenance application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and granted Rs.4,000/- to the wife and Rs.3,000/- to the son, total Rs.7,000/-, Rs.1,000/- & Rs.500/- for litigation expenses against which, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner/husband herein. (3) After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact & circumstances of the case, I do not consider that the trial

Court has committed jurisdictional error by granting interim maintenance amount to the extent of Rs.7,000/- per month to the respondent.

(4) Consequently, the writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed at admission stage.
