At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by the Division Bench of this Court on 26-2-2015 in WA No.281 of 2013 (Lakhanram Sahu & Others v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and other connected matters, against which SLP preferred by the State has already been dismissed by the Supreme Court.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of of the judgment rendered in Lakhanram Sahu (supra). 3.

A copy of the judgment rendered in Lakhanram Sahu (supra) be kept on the record of this writ petition.
