It is submitted that despite order passed by this Court on petitioner's representation for consideration of transfer, no decision has been taken till date. The order, if any passed on representation of the petitioner, authority shall communicate it to the petitioner within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order which is now being passed. If no communication is received by the petitioner nor any orders supplied on decision of petitioner's representation, strict view shall be taken against the respondent and this Court would be constrained to initiate contempt proceedings against the concerned authority.
