Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order on Board 11/08/2016 Counsel for the appellant submits that purpose of filing this appeal would be served if direction is issued to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously preferably within some time frame. He submits that till the suit is decided all the parties be directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property.
Counsel for the respondents has no objection to the above proposition put forth by the counsel for the appellant.
Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of directing the trial court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.
Till the disposal of the suit parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the suit property.
