Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/06/2016 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that evidence of the prosecution witnesses has been closed and, therefore, the trial Court may be directed to decide the trial of the case expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Accordingly, the bail application stands finally disposed of directing the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
