The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 424/2015 registered in Police Station City Kotwali, Ambikapur, Sarguja for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
As per the prosecution case a report was made by one T.V. Dixit that students who want to get their admission in 2nd year in certain college submitted their marksheet who were from Sai Baba College which were found to be forged and fabricated. Subsequently, on investigation police recorded statement of the students. They have stated that certain amount have been paid to this applicant and the marksheets were obtained. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only on the basis of statement of the accused the applicant has been inculpated, no seizure has been made from the applicant. He submits that charge sheet has been filed, no further evidence is necessary, therefore, the applicant may
be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
I have perused the case diary and the statement. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been filed and considering the degree of allegations no further investigation is necessary and the offence is related back to 15/07/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
