1. Grievance of the petitioner is that in the year 2005 land of the petitioner was acquired but till date neither compensation has been granted nor any rehabilitation advantage has been given to the petitioner. Limited prayer made by the petitioner that he may be allowed to make representation and representation may be decided and the entitlement of the claim of the petitioner which has been under the award may be given and in case award is not passed, land of the petitioner may be surveyed and if it has been acquired then proper acquisition proceeding may be drawn.
2. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, petitioner is allowed to make representation within a further period of three weeks, the authority thereafter shall decide the same. It is further clarified that if the land of the petitioner has been acquired and award has been passed then amount of the award may be paid to the petitioner within a period of four months and if it is found that the land of the petitioner has not been acquired as per the Act, then in such case if the petitioner has been deprived of the property then proper acquisition proceeding may be drawn forthwith.
