No.01 is allowed and the delay of 92 days in filing M.C.C. is condoned.

Counsel for the applicant submits that the name of the counsel for the petitioner was wrongly reflected in the cause list and therefore he could not enter appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and W.P.(227) No. 1842/2008 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 28.07.2015 is restored to its original number.
Registry is directed to reflect proper name of the counsel appearing for the petitioner in the cause list. No order as to costs.
