The grievance of the petitioner in the instant Writ Petition is that, though the petitioner has retired on 30/06/2016, but till date his pensionary benefits has not been paid.

At this juncture, the State counsel submits that the pension papers of the petitioner has already been processed and the matter has already been referred to the Treasury Office, but for want of PRAN Card and Aadhar Card of the petitioner, the same could not be finalized.

In the given facts, let the petitioner furnish these documents and information to the respondent No.2, who in turn shall forthwith issue instructions for the release of pensionary benefits. 4.
