Shri Pandey submits that the application filed by the Petitioners for grant of regular Stage Carriage Permit on different routes is pending consideration before the Regional Transport Authority, Durg since 31.07.2018. He placed reliance on S. Sachidananda Chatra and others vs. The Regional Transport Authority, Dakshnia Kannada, Mangalore and another reported in AIR 1989 Karnataka 303. Be that as it may, if the Petitioners have moved an application, it should have been decided by one way or the other by Respondent No.2

and if the same has not yet been decided, then it should now be decided by the concerned Respondent within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
